-B.Tech / M.C.A / Equivalent Qualification from Premier Institutes (IITs, RECs, BITS, NIT, NITS etc preferred)

-The ideal candidates will have programming experience in Java with a good understanding of object oriented programming concepts.
-Candidates must be able to demonstrate ability to develop large, complex software systems with minimal errors.
-The candidate should be self-motivated with excellent analytic and problem-solving skills and should have the ability to execute projects from planning through completion under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in frameworks/technologies (Spring, Ant, Maven, Hibernate, Ajax, JMS, Webservices, JBoss, Apache Tomcat) is preferred.
