Background
Our client is a startup company in the education space and is backed up by some of the most successful and experienced internet entrepreneurs. The company is well funded and is putting together a proven team of professionals to lead this initiative. The company is currently in stealth mode.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the other members of the management team to help build the business in the education space.

S/he will be required to work with the management team and help in building up the
Sales function. This includes closely working with the Marketing and product team, making a go to market strategy and executing on that. The role will also include building a sales team, Setting targets and delivering on that, developing existing and new distribution channels and setting up the entire sales function organization.

The successful candidate should be able to understand and adapt to the pressures of a startup organization and be willing to take on new challenges based on the evolution and the growth of the business.
