Background
Our client is a startup company in the education space and is backed up by some of the most successful and experienced internet entrepreneurs. The company is well funded and is putting together a proven team of professionals to lead this initiative. The company is currently in stealth mode.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the other members of the management team to help build a business in the education space. S/he will be required to work with the team and focus on building the operations team, content development team and optimizing the processes of the team.
This role includes a lot of time spent in managing large teams, ability to provide them direction based on the inputs received from the business and marketing teams. The role will also be required to build teams to support the activities that are arise out of penetration of newer geographies, distribution channels and price points.
The successful candidate should be able to understand and adapt to the pressures of a startup organization and be willing to take on new challenges based on the evolution and the growth of the business.
