Responsibilities
• Execution of Mandates:
o Preparation of debt proposal documents including financial model, information memorandum and presentation
o Paper/Desk work for effective execution of Debt Syndication assignment
o Information Compilation
o Handholding of documentation process in co-ordination with the clients
o Liaison with bankers
o Overall responsible for execution of debt syndication deals

• Origination of Mandates/assignments
o Assist in identifying opportunities in existing clients’ business.
o Assist in tracking opportunities through leads/ referrals/ research given by seniors

• Relationship management
o New and Existing Clients (with the Finance department)
o Lenders - to obtain information and assist seniors in maintaining relations with clients, lenders, & investors

• MIS Management
o Execution of MIS system to track performance vs budget of the department.
