Responsibilities
The incumbent will lead the Solution Design team in Customer services, in its efforts to enhance business through innovative and value-added business propositions and solutions for the client. Implementation will involve transitioning of processes from the client location. The role will involve:
• Being clients point of contact for understanding the client needs as well as the implementation
• Leveraging the resources available in the organization at the right time to provide the right inputs and build the right solution
• Providing inputs for improvement/ value addition to the process
• Coordinate with all the departments involved
• Handle escalation and review issues that arise
• Managing client visits including – Due diligence visits, post contract visits etc.
• Receive all RFI/RFP from clients and working on them to creating winning proposals
• Preparing the process design and process maps
• Program manage On site Transitions with the designated Transition Manager
