Job Description
The incumbent will lead the Solution Design team in Customer services, in its efforts to enhance business through innovative and value-added business propositions and solutions for the client. Implementation will involve transitioning of processes from the client location. The role will involve:

• Being clients point of contact for understanding the client needs as well as the implementation
• Leveraging the resources available in the organization at the right time to provide the right inputs and build the right solution
• Providing inputs for improvement/ value addition to the process
• Coordinate with all the departments involved
• Handle escalation and review issues that arise
• Managing client visits including – Due diligence visits, post contract visits etc.
• Receive all RFI/RFP from clients and working on them to creating winning proposals
• Preparing the process design and process maps
• Program manage On site Transitions with the designated Transition Manager
Responsibilities
• To work out on a continual basis a proactive approach to solution design issues and problems
• To monitor and review the implementation of the solution design process
• To collaborate with other functions and managers in providing integrated solutions to customer
• To guide, train and develop his team so that they perform their jobs and roles as per expectations
• To ensure an appropriate focus on tools and methodologies relevant to the current and future business needs of the organization
• To anchor site visits by clients so that the appropriate brand image and value of InfosysBPO is conveyed to the clients
Key Skills
Chartered Accountant
Qualifications
CA/ CPA - Audit, CA/ CPA - Assurance, CA/ CPA - Tax
Preferred Experience
• CA with 8 + years experience in Finance & Accounting domain area with Consulting or Outsourcing experience
• Must understand domain in the context
Additional Information
Candidates with a CA / CPA degree will be preferred.
