Job Description
Position: Head Quality (Industrial & Infrastructure)
Reports to: CEO of Vertical (I&I)
The Organization: Our client is amongst Top 10 BPO company globally
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Business Process Excellence and Transformation Projects (BPET).Create and implement BPET strategies
• Identify key operating areas for Operations and drive improvement initiatives (Process Improvement / Transformation / Automation etc.) to attain process excellence
• Facilitate process transitions and SLA adherence for the processes in the vertical
• Embrace change and drive training on Six-Sigma to help develop Quality DNA within the vertical
• Facilitate setting up of required infrastructure for implementing the Quality Management System
• Customer Focus: Transactional Quality Management
• Meeting & Exceeding Quality Metrics
• Ensure minimum or no variance in Calibration between Company and the Clients
• Employee Focus: Develop employees in Quality through ongoing Quality training
• Financial Impact: Take up Improvement Projects where there are any financial impact or losses to Company
• Internal Control & Business Processes: Maintain the Quality Management system for the
The Selected candidate should be:
• Be an MBA from premier school with at-least 10-15 years of experience.
• Black Belt Certified and ISO /QMS/COPC Trained or certified
• 7+ Years in Quality
• Exposure to Data Analysis & statistical concepts
• Exposure and hands on experience in driving Lean/Six Sigma/ business projects and initiatives
• High Initiative and Enthusiasm to drive improvements and quality culture
• Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal) – should be able to communicate with various levels in the organization at the same time.
• Prioritizing and Organizing Skills and Analytical and problem solving skills.
