Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management
 Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll as per defined TAT’s
 Handling Full and Final settlement process end to end

Statutory Compliance
 Ensure 100% compliance to all Statutory Acts applicable to PPMS

HR MIS
 Design a new MIS reporting system for Head HR and LT to provide more quantitative data points for decision making
 Ensure proper implementation of HR MIS Systems, monitor and improve systems continuously based on the business need and the feedback of the users.

Compensation and Benefit
 Ensuring Annual and Mid-year appraisal reviews are done on time
 Preparing Annual bonus grid and getting approval on implementing the Grid

Peoplesoft
 Ensuring employee information is accurately updated on Peoplesoft
 Liaising with the UK team to publish new reports on Peoplesoft

Other activities
 Ensure all employee files are updated with requisite data
 Assist new joinees with all the HR policies and procedures
 Assist and guide all the line manager’s with various HR related activities
 To understand and implement basic HR establishment related Processes
 To ensure that there is complete compliance with the basic documentation related to employee personal files, LOI, Appointment letters, both in terms of accuracy and detailing
 Financial Controls – Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets etc) and all payments are properly authorised, controlled and monitored, in accordance with Company’s UK delegated authority requirements
 Manage relationship with the Payroll Vendor for compliance and accurate delivery of the payroll



The Selected candidate should be:

• Graduate in any discipline preferably
Key Skills
experience of Compensation & Benefit, Payroll and statutory compliance
Qualifications
MBA - General Management, MBA - HR / Industrial Relations
Additional Information
Graduate in any discipline preferably post graduate qualification in HR, Social work, Commerce
