Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1) Update and Implement all HR procedures as per existing policy.
2) Implement Employee Retention Programmes
3) Counselling employees for performance and capability building in conformance with goals.
4) Cordination with all Operations teams for inputs.
5) HR Reports reconciliations with MIS for processes.
6) Analysis of attrition reports and creative measures of retention.
7) Salary Administration.
8) Process Improvements within the Vertical.
9) Performance Management (Forced rating, bell curve method)
10) Employee Engagement activities, R&R, team outings, team building activities
The Selected candidate should be:
1) Post Graduate with HR as main subject.
2) Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR Generalist role.
3) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
4) Comfortable to work in U K shift.
