Job Description
Role
The incumbent will be responsible for M&A deals, private equity syndication and raising capital. The role includes deal origination, client engagement and completion. This is a mid to senior management role within the company. The incumbent will work closely with Executive team.
Requirements
• Minimum 5-6 years experience in Investment Banking – M&A and Private Equity.
• Prior Track record in initiating and completing a few deals in India markets is essential
• Entrepreneurial ability – to establish, lead and grow the business.
