Job Description -

* Be an MBA or CA with at-least 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, PE and ECM).
* Proven track record on deal origination, having worked on deals end-to-end including transaction on the listed entities front as well as unlisted.
* Well networked individual with a strong ability and desire to originate and close business.
* No specific sector orientation required.
* Understanding of the current trends and practices within the Industry.
* Experience either on M&A or on PE or on ECM origination.
* Excellent communication and ability to handle teams.
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a variety of influencing styles to enable effective completion of tasks both individually and within groups.
* Builds sustainable relationships with clients and key individuals in the business.
* Shows a desire to take the initiative, moving issues forward with clarity. Demonstrates an ability to think ‘outside the box’ while defining solutions in a workable form.
* Demonstrates a strategic focus and ability to turn ideas / objectives into tangible deliverables and tasks.
