Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include People Management, Operations/Service Delivery and Client Relationship Management for their Travel vertical.
The Selected candidate should be:
• Candidate must possess an MBA/ PGDM degree
• Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Required skills: Strong oral and written English communication skills, critical and analytical skills
• With Background in both Operations/Service Delivery and Client Management for a contact centre or call centre.(inbound)
• Exposure to six sigma/ quality is a plus
• At least 1-2 year(s) of Senior Operations Management experience is required for this position
• Handle P&L for their clients
