Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing strategies in conjunction with Managing director and tactics that will win the business, including teaming arrangement, alliances through direct contacts and events.
- Sales planning geography potential product.
- Sales Cycle management.
- Sales force recruitment.
- Manage & Motivate Sales personnel.
- Work & guide sales personnel to achieve number targets.
- Handle commercials, RFP in conjunction with the MD.
- Guide sales team to penetrate client environment using
- Persuasion techniques
- Out of office events
- Product benefits & features
- Networking & referral management
- Any other sales techniques

15 yrs of sales experience in BFSI

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
- MBA in Marketing/Finance and minimum 15 years of experience in BFSI domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Corporate Market Research and feasibility studies.
- Should have good leadership qualities
- Should be more than 35 years of age.
