Responsibilities
This is a kind of Practice Leader role and is envisaged to provide expertise in the area of Human Resource domain (horizontal / vertical) and will have the following responsibilities
- Help the Sales team in client meetings
- Conduct client workshops, solution walkthroughs and participate in yellow pad sessions
- Conduct roadshows, lead analyst and sourcing advisor interactions
- Receive all RFP/RFI from clients in UK and work with the Solutions Design & Implementation (SDI) group in India in creating winning proposals
- Program manage On site Transitions with the designated Transition Manager and Head SDI
- Provide market input and domain related developments to offshore SDI team
- Help sell solutions proactively
- Generate and communicate Thought Leadership
- Provide oversight to Discovery projects
- Own the horizontal sales and deal margin target and assist Sales team to achieve and exceed horizontal sales targets
