The company believes in India growth story and has been instrumental in transformation of fast growing Indian mid-cap companies into global majors. The company is sector agnostic and has undertaken transactions of more than $ 1 bn in last few years through various instruments.
The company is into institutional fund raising, M&A, brokerage, and asset management. The company has recently raised a PE fund to focus on Indian media and entertainment segments. The company is in process of raising another fund focused on real estate.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for domestic and cross-border M&A deals, and private equity syndication deals. The role includes deal origination, client engagement and completion. This is a senior management role within the company. The incumbent will work closely with Executive team that is based in London.
