Background
The company is a well diversified financial services group having businesses in securities, commodities, investment banking and venture capital. The company is one of the largest and well known brands in securities, research and broking.
The company started its investment banking and Private Equity division 2 years back; and has completed more than 20 transactions so far. Now the company is launching a Real Estate fund and is looking for people across different levels within the team.
Responsibilities
The role is within the Real Estate Fund of the company.
• Undertake detailed analytical and numerical analysis
• Develop financial models
• Produce written reports and Information memorandum for transactions
• Assist the investment team in financial structuring
• Assist the investment team in preparation and review of transaction documentation
• Assist in transaction execution by facilitating coordination among various deal participants
• Research information for companies/sectors
