WiseStepp.com has started with the jobs vertical and has had a good start in India. Plans are to build this across overseas markets and across multiple professional opportunities.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a smart individual with exceptional skills in managing teams and driving operations with prior experience in the IT/ITES sector
We are looking for an individual who can come on board and be a part of the core team that helps drive the company and the business forward. The individual should be able to survive and thrive in a start up environment and be able to take responsibilities and deliver results.
The successful candidate will be required to manage the following responsibilities
• Manage a team of recruiters ,account managers, lead generation
• Manage execution of recruitment mandates obtained by Sales and business Development team
• Build processes to effectively deliver and scale the team
• Identify and set up appropriate infrastructure required to manage and scale the team
• Hire, train and manage new recruits.
• Interface with clients wherever required.
