Responsibilities
• Primary responsibilities include develop risk management tools and database with respect to existing operations for International branches.
• Development of appropriate Risk metrics & reports for Branch Operations review
• Lead process changes / risk assessments at individual unit level and Group’s presentation activity.
• Drive the ORM program to review & enhance controls around existing systems and processes to ensure compliance with Bank standards
• Support rollout of Bank’s global initiatives primarily in International Branch Operations, Client Fulfillment & Services & other lines of business as required.
• Independently execute assigned tasks and change management initiatives
• Implements appropriate/identified strategy for sound application of risk based practices
• Utilizes sound, seasoned, analytical skills and product/business/technical expertise to execute assigned responsibilities
