Job Description
The incumbent will be required to undertake business analytics, strategy formulation, manage initiatives and identify business opportunities in order to drive rapid growth in the client’s Wealth Management business. The responsibilities include:

•Define and help execute strategies for the business and functional areas
•Analyze business opportunities
•Understand market events and the strategic implications for the business
•Drive organizational transformation as the business grows rapidly and needs to scale in each function
•Develop a structure for each initiative and manage delivery across the different functional areas
•Drive analytics and coordination for each initiative to ensure success
•Conduct analysis to generate MIS for Senior Management team
•Manage reporting at varying levels within the organization
•Build relationships with stakeholders to help deliver results
