Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for an F&A processes for the clients.
• Ensuring that the expenses are in line with the budgeted provisions
• Delivery of SLA and client delivery goals / targets
• Performance development of team members and counselling for performance including attrition management
• Management and coordination of operations, quality and general administration at the centre
• Identifying the training requirements for team
• Internal coordination with Projects and EU`s to meet SLA`s.

The Selected candidate should be:
• Chartered Accountant / ICWA with min 8 to 10 years of work experience in the BPO environment with leadership experience in F&A Processes.
• Experience in handling a process team with proven ability to drive client SLA and facilitate process enhancement to meet delivery goals.
• Prior experience in F&A Operations in Closing & Reporting, GL & General Accounting.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Proven team leadership and people management skills
• Deep understanding of business processes and off-shore business environment
• Flexible with US Shift working
