Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Ability to handle payroll processing
• Involves salary payment to employees in a timely manner
• Errorless full and final settlement process
• Adhering to statutory timelines.
• Understanding of CLA, PF, Gratuity, Allowances and its implication in the Individuals tax liability.
• Good understanding of the sections under the IT act with regard to payroll
• Validation of IT investment proofs and subsequent incorporation in the Individual tax liability and discharge of the same.
• Should have experience in handling around 10,000 FTE payroll
• Ownership of process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development
• Engage in training team to motivate and focus on pro-activeness re accuracy and control, research & query resolution, employing automated tools and processes
