Responsibilities
The successful candidate will serve as the lead for an application or a suite of applications while working closely with the users and the Product team to arrive at the requirements for application enhancements. S/he will balance user needs and resource constraints to prioritize application changes while working closely with the vendor to ensure timely and high quality delivery. The candidate will also be required to
• Manage relationship with all user groups.
• Develop domain knowledge of business needs and aspirations.
• Track Product Development at the competition
• Identify product needs
• Define product scope and requirements.
• Work with Engineering to deliver products
• Test products with Users
• Manage product roll out.
• Enable product adoption, including training
