Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for hardware sales activity and also post sales activity. One has to manage new business and also deal with the existing client account which is generally the post sales activity.
The candidate should be able to identify the customer and do the sales activity i.e submitting the sales proposal and convincing the customer regarding the company products.
The candidate needs to ensure the after sales activity also. Apart from finding the new clients it is the responsibility to carry forward the business activity by tracking the customer and leading to the customer satisfaction.
The role also includes taking the calls involving the technical discussion.
