Job Description
Main purpose of the job:
- Manage Affiliate relationships and acquire new partners to the company. Generate revenue through the affiliate channel.

- Manage affiliate program
- Manage affiliate relationships
- Acquire new affiliates
- Generate revenue and player base through affiliate channel
- Meet company targets through the affiliate channel
- Analyze affiliate performance through CPA, player lifetime value
- Work closely with Design and Development teams
- Create promotions for affiliates to maximize performance from affiliates.
- Further develop the affiliate system to accommodate future needs of the industry and affiliates

- Ideal candidate will need to able to negotiate deals with top affiliates and be able to acquire top affiliates. A knowledge in gaming will be essential as the target affiliate will be gaming ones.
- Experience in working closely with affiliate systems will be necessary in terms of current use and also future development of the system.
- Candidate will need to be able to adapt to any situation in a fast pace environment that will be highly pressured to meet targets and deliver results.
- Candidate will be working very closely with all departments of the company and will need to display team working abilities as well as working on their own initiative.
