Background
Our client is a leading Financial Services Provider
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify key statistical techniques to be used (modelling/ forecasting/ segmentation) for analytical projects
• Mentor team members and train them while working on projects
• Quality assurance on all project deliverables to ensure no errors
• Meeting timelines for all projects
• Conduct in-house trainings on - Basic statistics, SAS , SPSS, Minitab, SQL, VB etc. depending on teams’ requirements
• Manage Stakeholder interactions by having regular updates and growing stakeholder engagement
• Design, plan and scope out projects with Stakeholders
• Provide insights on project methodology and project approach
• Manage end to end deliverables of the project by adhering to timelines, project budget and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are followed and all relevant documents are updated
• Manage project budgets and costs by ensuring proper project planning
• Conduct in-house trainings on - Basic statistics, SAS , SPSS, Minitab, SQL, VB etc. depending on teams’ requirements

The Selected candidate should be:

• Postgraduate in Statistics/ Mathematics / Economics /MBA
• Overall 3+ years of experience in Analytics domain
• Experience in handling analytical projects
• Experience in handling complex databases
• Knowledge of statistical techniques – Modelling , Segmentation (Clustering, CHAID), Forecasting
• Experience in designing MIS processes
• Efficiency in software programming – SAS, SPSS, Minitab, SQL
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience of working directly with stakeholders (at client locations) and of managing projects independently
• Domain knowledge of Insurance industry
• Experience in Marketing Analytics
