Job Description
This is a Corporate HR role, requires managing end to end HR responsibilities for the Gurgaon center.
To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
Person should have hands on experience in executing marketing campaigns across different platforms particularly Social Media and the Internet
To support HR Head / Senior HR Business Partner in establishing performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture.
• In conjunction with line management and the Function Global HR Head contribute to the development of a value based organizational culture which will inspire employee commitment and promote a winning spirit.
• In conjunction with line management and the Function Global HR Head, implement standardized global people Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) which allow the measurement of progress against the key people objectives.
• To be the single point of contact in providing Employee Engagement and Relation representation in the aligned process through effective employee relations/counsel & query/grievance handling.
• To ensure that the organization complies to the Statutory framework laid down for the HR function.
• Conduct policy refresher sessions.
• Ensure presence and visibility on the operations floor. Drive Reward and Recognition activities across the floor.
• Timely execution of ESAT / Dipstick and carry out required action in identified areas.
• Communicate any policy/procedure, updates/additions/deletions to all the concerned people in the process.
• Meet with the Team Leaders/Managers and Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates - skip level meetings and One-on-ones.
• Drive fun activities in the process
• Facilitation and timely execution Internal Job Postings
• Develop and review Organizational Structuring / Design at regular intervals
• Complete the exit formalities for resigned employees
• To support execution of the annual appraisal cycle
• Adherence to laid-down process w.r.t. confirmations/ leave/ other statutory requirements.
The Selected candidate Should have 4 to 7 years of total experience in the Human Resource post qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Updating and Developing Organization Designs
• Formulation of HR Policies
• Developing Compensation and Benefits strategy
• Ensuring that the organization complies with the Statutory Compliances
• Creating, Developing and Maintaining HR Dashboards
• Using any ERP system or any HRMIS
• Managing Query Resolution and Interaction with Employees
• Driving the performance management process in the organization
Mandatory Skills Required:
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
• Good with using Ms Word and Ms PowerPoint
Eligibility Criteria:
MBA (HR) from Tier-II B-School.
