1. Creating and maintaining financial models for decision making within the business unit. This would include understanding various business processes across the organization and developing detailed projections for each department and integrating then into one model. This models should serve as a scenario analysis tool and aid in strategic decision making
2. Understanding and analyzing financial data records and creating monthly reports for day to day management of various departments.

1) Should possess strong analytical abilities and should be able to conceptualize various scenarios
2) Good background in finance related concepts
