Responsibilities
The Organization: Our Client is a Leading Global Investment Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Product

• Understanding of various product strategies using index and stock options and futures, based on market view and client requirements
• Experience of working with Financial Advisors / Sales Teams and interacting with clients
• Have a deep understanding of product regulation, market practices and competitive scenario
• Overall responsibility to ensure the product is run in compliance with credit policies outlined for the business

Risk Management

• Have an excellent understanding of SEBI and Exchange regulations and ensure strict compliance with the same
• Develop a deep understanding of DSPML policies and ensure strict compliance with the same
• Work closely with Product and Risk groups to develop credit policies for the business
• Responsible for centralized monitoring of client positions across Financial Advisors, adherence to DSPML margin requirements, monitoring of margin call situations and taking decisions (including liquidation of positions / collaterals) in case of default situation
• Work closely with Financial Advisors to ensure business is run in compliance with DSPML credit and risk policies
• Work closely with other stakeholders for development of and compliance with risk management policies for DSPML GWM clients

Business Support

• Conduct training programs to increase level of understanding of various stakeholders about the product policies
• Participate in joint client meetings along with FAs wherever required

The Selected candidate should be:
• Sound practical experience (preferably minimum 5 years) in the Futures and Options and Cash Equity space, especially from a product and risk management perspective
• Deep understanding of the market trends and competitive scenario
• Experience in dealing with sales teams, clients and various other stakeholders
• Strong academic background
