Epic HIM Certified Lead (6+ mo. contract)
This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest systems integrators as an Epic HIM Certified Lead
We are currently seeking an Epic HIM Certified Lead with experience and qualifications as follows:
Required Skills:
Epic HIM lead, must have lead heavy lead experience, ROI, Def Tracking preferred. Must have several Epic implementations. Must have experience leading/driving implementations.
Responsibilities:
Certified in Epic (in module listed above), will design workflows and build the Epic application, conduct testing, assist with training curriculum creation, and support the go live.
Execute build activities for assigned area and ensure the build complies with Epic build guidelines and design decisions
Work with end users to validate system design and identify additional requirements for successful adoption/use
Participate in workflow design and understand how the system will impact end users
Through the implementation process become proficient with host applications, touch points with other applications and interface requirements
Provide end user support and resolve issues once the system is activated
Follow guiding principles for masterfile ownership and manage assigned master files
Participate in education, design and validation sessions
Stay current with new version and interim release functionality
Work closely with other application analysts and IT on integration points across applications
Conducts facility impact analysis to determine exceptions to enterprise model
Reviews enterprise application workflows and model with facilities to identify exceptions and assist them in developing solutions
Serves as the application liaison between facility and enterprise team to address variations via change control committees, etc.; once approved, work with enterprise AC and testing team to build and test exceptions
This is a 6+ month contract in Michigan with one of the most distinguished systems integrators in the HIT industry
