Head Sales Dubai opportunity for a FMCG company ,98-2000 batch
Develop & execute long & medium term Sales Plan for the Business in line with the over all Business Plan
To achieve the targeted primary sales and profitability targets in the targeted markets consistently.
Develop & execute effective strategies to enhance secondary & tertiary sales.
To ensure sustainable growth of sales during the plan period in the targeted markets
Build strong relationship with trade & key accounts for effective deployment of Sales Plan
To get higher share of mind from the trade and modern channel for increased focus on our products
Develop effective systems / mechanism to continuously monitor the market and the competition.
To be in control of the delivery of business performance and also to respond quickly & effectively to any new development.
Develop effective and on-line performance parameters for members of the team as also trade partners and continuously monitor the same.
To ensure effective monitoring, guidance and support to all concerned to ensure proper deployment of the sales plan & strategy for ensuring/ exceeding the business deliverables.
