Role:
Review user generated content from across different geographies/languages
Educate users to improve quality of the user generated content on Google Maps
Work closely with Google’s Geo products policy and quality to build new/refine existing processes
Understand and respond to user queries, complaints, feature request on an user help forum
Should understand the map maker’s policy and apply thoughts to the customer queries
Experience: 1-3years
