Primary responsibilities:
* This involves the development, management and evaluation of a range of appropriate and accessible learning and development interventions & be responsible for managing the L&D programme.
* As the key contact for learning and development activities, the post holder is expected to build & maintain positive working relationships with all line managers, to source and establish a cost effective and comprehensive range of training mechanism.
* Guides managers through the learning needs analysis process, offering support, advice and ideas for effectively meeting needs, ensuring decisions are made in line with the organisation's principles.
* Ensures effective and ongoing co-ordination (including delivery where appropriate), evaluation and updating of the Leadership & Management Development Programme.
* Develops and implements learning evaluation procedures and analysis of feedback in order to effectively evaluate the impact of development activities at organisational, team and individual level.
* Manage and monitoring of the learning and development budget
* Manage training calendar, supports change management and leadership development
Must Haves:
* Concentrated HR experience of 12-15 years in consumer driven business & should have preferably worked in a multi-national environment.
* Exposure to areas like training & development, career planning, communication systems and strategies etc
* Knowledge of Competency based training & development systems and other key HR systems and their linkages with competencies
