The BSE and NSE listed company is a leading Telecom Software company with presence in India, UK, USA and Singapore. The company has several globally competitive products in wireless segment. Though Telecom remains a core focus, the company has expanded the service range in IT services with few acquisitions in segments such as Infrastructure Management Services, and customized offshore development.
Responsibilities
The company is looking at inorganic growth and wants to recruit somebody to Head M&A function. The role includes
• Working on corporate strategy
• Planning the inorganic growth in terms of geography, service areas, markets, the company should expand into.
• Work with investment banks to identify the targets
• Manage the end to end acquisition transaction. Get relevant functional experts and external parties involved during the transaction
• Ensure smooth post-acquisition integration to leverage synergies of the companies
