Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for heading the P&L for Retail division of the company. It includes
• Providing transaction services to companies in Retail sector including Malls, Shopping Complex, Retail Stores etc
• Full transaction cycle: Deal origination and Execution
• Develop and maintain existing client and investor relationships
• Develop expertise and market intelligence on identified sectors and map the marketplace
• Identify and assess potential business opportunities in the identified areas of expertise
• Managing team of associates
