Responsibilities
Head C&B for a large FMCG company in Bangalore around 10 to 12 yrs of exp of which last 3 to 4 yrs should be hard core C&B function. Reports to the Head Hr. Compensation will be as per the market standard. The person should be able to conceptualize and not just as an implementer, but as someone who will be able to move the company with the changing tides and trends in the country.
