Background
Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesCompetition benchmarking of the policy / process for the products identified.
Develop the product construct and credit manual. Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / market feedback.
Development /usage of application score cards
Implement appropriate software systems and ensure training to the underwriting team.
Conduct / supervise process audits (including Post Approval Reviews) to monitor performance.
Review Fraud Containment measures
Review delinquent cases and document learnings.
Portfolio analysis to prevent NPAs
Essential competenciesKnowledge of the specific retail asset product
Technical, professional and regulatory know-how, relevant to the products being launched.
Analytical and communication skills
Teamwork, co-operation and sharing
Qualifications and relevant experienceCA / MBA from a reputed institute;
5 - 8 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years in underwriting / policy for the specific Retail Asset product.
