Background
Our Client is a leading UK based Investment Bank
Responsibilities
• Basic understanding of Sebi Regulations on IPOs/QIPs
• Interaction with Promoters/Issuer Management Team for drafting of Offer document
• Valuation Methods
• Interaction with Key Lawyer for Offer Document
• Interaction with Lawyers, Tax Consultant, Financial Consultant, CS, Auditor for Due diligence
• Interaction with Sebi / Stock Exchanges
• Listing requirements
• Allotment Procedure
• Internal liasing with Sales/Placement Team

Required Attributes:
• Sound knowledge of Securities Market, IPO process and listing
• Ability to liase with large number of external consultants/Issuer team

The Selected candidate should be:

• CA / CS / MBA / LLB / M.Com with good academics
• 4-5 years of experience in Securities Market having done minimum 2-3 IPO s / QIP s
