Responsibilities
My client is a leading luxury travel company who have an opportunity for an ambitious IT support engineer to provide CRM and General IT support to internal users, including creating dashboards, building reports, creating workflows and creating HTML e-marketing campaigns.
The responsibilities of the IT support engineer are as follows:
• Providing day to day support for the company on all IT related matters to ensure that departments are able to function effectively
• Ensuring that the company database is fully functional and users are supported to enable them to work on the bespoke CRM
• Creating dashboards, building reports and creating workflows on the CRM
• Assist the marketing department with producing mailing lists, setting up email campaigns and generally supporting with various online e-marketing
• Creating / modifying HTML pages for the monthly /adhoc e-shots
• Updating the company website as well as putting new features updates on to the website
The skills required for the IT support engineer are as follows:
• Graduate with an IT degree
• Proficient use of HTML in creating and modifying existing pages
• Experience of using a cloud based technology an advantage
• A passion for problem solving, systematic, and logical approach
• Ability to communicate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams
• Highly motivated and flexible approach to work
