Responsibilities
* Experience in development, implementation, and support of advanced enterprise management and administration solutions
* Expertise in establishing and managing of all standards, processes, artifacts,relative to the practice of Configuration Management.
* Strong Knowledge and understanding in ITIL best practices
* Good understanding and implementation capability of IT infrastructure management tools like HP Openview , Mercury BTO Tools
* Technical expertise in Designing, Implementing and supporing Windows Server flavours ( Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, IIS, ISA, SQL)
