Position Summary
Account Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns, from the launch of the project all the way through the monthly sustaining work. Must have experience with online marketing, be detailed oriented and previous experience working in a team atmosphere. This individual will also be responsible for implementing SEO strategies and making site recommendations to clients.
Summary of essential job functions:
Develop, maintain, and extend client relationships (Non Sales Position).
Develop deep understanding of each client's business in order to customize Internet marketing strategy plan.
Work with each client to establish target goals and objectives.
Execute Internet marketing campaigns for each client, including conversion and ROI optimization.
Develop and execute on strategic recommendations that drive revenue and enhance the search marketing efforts of our clients.
Ability to interpret marketing data. Monitor and analyze Client's performance reports to ensure targets are being met. Build customized summary updates for each client.
Day-to-day client relationship management.
Daily interface with internal team members, i.e. Business Development, Web Designer, Copywriter, SEO Analyst, PPC specialist etc.
Qualifications:
2-4 years account management - Online preferred
Experience leading creative process for client initiatives developing proposals and recommendations.
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
Solid ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Previous knowledge of Internet Marketing.
Ability to bring energy, creative solutions and ideas to all projects.
Previous experience with SEO, PPC and HTML a plus.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
