Background
Responsibilities
Launch and Manage the Affiliate Program for the Company
· Build Processes to Manage Leads from Affiliates and payouts.
· Build relationships with various Affiliates
· Co-ordinate with sales team to close leads or initiate closure of leads himself.
· Support Marketing Activities
· Plan and support local marketing efforts
· Speaking Opportunities

The Selected candidate should be:
· Experience in Sales is a must
· MBA from Good Schools worked for 2-3 years OR From Consulting Companies
· Strong Communication Skills
· Reports to Director -Sales
