Key Responsibilities
Point of contact for Client and operations team for resolution of queries through call / email. Process Understanding & Skill Enhancement Understanding Team Role & Challenges Meeting the Team Members & Understanding Team Requirements .
Adherence to defined Quality Standards across the processes.
Ability to get into the detail, acquire business knowledge and drive process improvements.
Put in controls i.e. Review Mechanism in place and ensure internal review .
Drive VOC improvements. Manage own deliverables vis-à-vis team deliverables and ensure that all the SLAs are met.
Adhere to reasonable operational requests from the Management.

The Selected candidate should be:
Analytical & Methodical, Presentation skills, Exceptional People skills, Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
5-6 yrs in international voice inbound process
