Background
Our Client is one of the Leading BPO's globally.
Responsibilities
Should have total 6 - 8 years exp with relevant 4 years as HR Business Partner experience.

Should have handled multiple Business Units consisting of 200+ employees in the Organization

Responsible for Grievance Handling and Employee Relations

Design and execute on employee communication

Investigating and resolving employee related issues

Coordinating HR related events

Performs day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.

Coordinating with leadership and support function i.e. Administration, Accounts and System Administration regarding implementation of HR processes

Identify attrition risks & develop retention strategies

Coordinating with other HR Team member in different location.

Primary Skills

Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices

Experience in HR Operations in managing HR related documentation

The Selected candidate should be:

• Post Graduate in Human Resources (MSW or MBA in HR)

• 6-8 years HR experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level; preferably within a multi-site and global environment

• Hands on Experience on MS Office (Mainly Excel, Word & Power point)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills

• Positive attitude

• Ability to learn and quick to grasp.

• Able to handle work pressure

• Secondary Skills

• Should have experience in BPO industry experience.

• Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer in a similar role, good communicator, team player and interpersonal skills.
