Responsibilities
Responsible for the local implementation of central marketing programs building a strategy. Develop additional supports to local marketing tools/activities in line with corporate guidelines and strategy.
Job duties :
- Participate actively in the preparation of the annual marketing & budgeting plan
- Leads all direct reports with qualitative targets and where applicable as well with quantitative targets, ensures measurement and appropriate feedback and yearly dialogues.
- Manages and coaches the team members, prioritizes the tasks, advises the employees on working methods, procedures and company systems to achieve set targets.
- Ensures the team knows and understands the organisation’s strategy as well as central marketing concepts and is able to cascade it down consistently to the local (distribution) needs.
- Prepares and proactively communicates all relevant product or product related information to the different internal and external parties.
- Produces all additionally needed local communication and visual merchandising material.
- Builds up local marketing competence related to the existing distribution & market environment
