Responsibilities
Qualification :
- MBA from a premier institute from 2003/ 2005 batch
- 5 – 7 years of work experience
- Worked for a leading marketing company/ leading media agency

To oversee the entire media function for the company :
- The key responsibility of the individual would be to formulate, drive and implement media strategy for the brand / campaigns.
- The company is a large spender in the BFSI sector and has a strong media presence across TV, Press, and Outdoor (25 cities).
- He / she will have to drive Media planning, Buying and execution for each campaign.
- The individual will have to be innovative and supplement each campaign with impactful 360 ideas
- He / she will have to co-ordinate with the marketing team for brand planning and execution across mediums
- He/she will be need to exhibit strong agency management & co-ordination skills (Managing Media /outdoor agencies, etc).
- The individual will have to work closely with the Media agency to get the best deals across media for the brand as per the existing benchmarks
- He / she will have to oversee other media activities such as Planning, Billing, Deal re-conciliations, competitive updates, competition tracking, etc

The individual should also consider this role as a good opportunity to understand the various nuances of marketing and to develop into a competent strategic media thinker in due course of time.
- Should have a good understanding of all software’s such as TAM, IRS, TGI, etc
- Should have a sound and proper understanding of concepts such as Reach, frequency, CPRP, etc
