Organization: A leading UK based Investment Bank.

Job responsibilities:

• Having understanding of regulations & previous experience in dealing with SEBI Proven track record on deal execution, having worked on deals end-to-end including transaction on the listed entities front as well as unlisted.
• Well networked individual with a strong ability and desire to originate and close business.
• No specific sector orientation required.
• Understanding of the current trends and practices within the Industry.
• Excellent communication and team working skills, comfortable with working across levels
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a variety of influencing styles to enable effective completion of tasks both individually and within groups.
• Builds sustainable relationships with clients and key individuals in the business.
• Shows a desire to take the initiative, moving issues forward with clarity. Demonstrates an ability to think ‘outside the box’ while defining solutions in a workable form.
• Demonstrates a strategic focus and ability to turn ideas / objectives into tangible deliverables and tasks


The Selected candidate should be:

• 2-4 years experience on preparing pitch-books & DRHPs for IPO / Rights Issues / Delisting / Open Offer etc.
