Responsibilities
Manage the teams BAU function whilst current team resource provides production like support to the E2E Assurance systems.
It is a 24 x 7 shift working Computer Operations role using Incident, Problem, Change and Event ITIL processes supporting the banks production systems, both batch and online.

• Desirable: Previous Operations analyst experience in a 24x7 Operational environment. General understanding of Banking Systems including Payments
