developing common processes, metrics, benchmark best practices.
Role will also be a part of global supply chain leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

SMI - Drive improvements to the SMI process in India / Out of India.
KPI Monitoring/Reportin g
Network Analysis ,Transportation Modeling, Pool Point Programs.
Develop transportation management tools / enabling technology
Strategy/Implementa tion
Establish and Manage Key Metrics with our providers and internal
groups / BUs
Participate in "Regional Command Center? for India Logistics
SMI - Drive improvements to the SMI process in India / Out of India
Improve Customer Service , Plants, Other Business Partners

Functional Experience:
MRP/WMS or equivalent system knowledge.
Microsoft skills mandatory
Understanding of supply chain terminology and industry best practice
Negotiation Skills
Project Management

Leadership Skills:
Empowered to liaison with external customer base and take a lead role
in managing account.
Must be able lead project meetings when required
Facilitate XBU and cross functional teams.
Change Management

Quality / Improvement:
Customer led quality. Initiate improvement plans both internally and
with the customer base
Drive improvements in business through balanced usage of COS tools
(Kaizen, Six Sigma, FE, etc.)

Teamwork
Relationship building. Conflict management.
Written communications skills. Verbal communication skills.

Experience Preferences
Around 6 years of Logistics Experience
Prior experience - Consulting Background SCM

Education/ Certification:
BS/MBA preferred
APICS Logistics Certification a plus
Six Sigma Trained, Certified
