Job Responsibilities
§ Bring Financials domain expertise to projects

§ Suggest and Implement solutions to solve customer’s problem areas

§ Define application architecture

§ Lead package evaluation/strategy assignments

§ Lead and provide guidance during all stages of a life cycle for a project

§ Pre-Sales Support

§ Build thought leadership in integration, preparation and consolidation of Financials Statements specially for BFSI Segment











Technical skills required
Deep domain expertise in three or more modules areas related to Financials – OFSA, General Ledger, Hyperion, Financials Accounting Hub, Receivables, Payables etc
Thorough understanding of Oracle technologies, Technical Configuration of GL/FAH/OFSA/Hyperion/AR/AP suite of products
Experience on at least four end to end implementation. One or two preferably in a Bank leveraging FAH module for GL Integration
Good knowledge of Financial Domain specially in areas like consolidation, integration and analytical reporting from a banking customer point of view


Behavioral skills required
Masters degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 9+ years of IT consulting, Business Analysis
Excellent presentation communication and reporting
Independently manage workshops with senior client executives

Desirable technical/behavioral skills
Industry specific certifications like IFRS, CISA
Experience in handling globally distributed delivery teams

Expected experience range

Education
MBA –Finance, Chartered Accountants
