Responsibilities
Under the general direction of the AMS Practice head, for AMS practice, the Outsourcing Transition Manager provides
• Pre-sales and post-sales support to Client regions,
• Methodology and framework development and implementation with GDE, and
• Innovation and thought leadership in AMS space
The Outsourcing Transition Manager:
• May act as the primary interface between regions and the AMS practice.
• Performs feasibility studies and qualifies opportunities.
• Provides pre-sales support to Different regions for AMS, including directing or performing the following activities:
• Capability Articulation
• Solution development, presentations, and walkthroughs
• Estimation, Staffing plan
• Technical sales support
• Presentation development
• Customized collateral material
• Service delivery, due diligence, and transition planning requirements
• Provides post-sales support to Different geographies for AMS, including directing or performing the following activities:
• As program manager, plan, manage, and execute Due Diligence.
• As program manager, plan, manage, and execute Transition-In as a program
• As program manager, plan, manage, and execute Transition-Out as a program
• As project manager, plan, manage, and execute AMS engagement health check and audits as a project
• Train engagement team and client teams (as required) on client’s AM methodologies and frameworks
• With GDE, builds methodology and frameworks for AMS, including directing or performing the following activities:
• Be the customer’s voice
• Bring lessons learned from field to innovate and enhance AMS frameworks
• Develop framework and methodologies
• Roll out framework enhancements to the field
• Gains commitment from the regional head to deliver solution requirements.
