Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
1. The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for sales of A client of Impact Solutions and Services through Partners and Resellers.

2. The PAM is responsible for achieving and exceeding the aggregate sales goals assigned to him/her on a quarterly basis. In this role the individual is responsible for developing and growing the partner ecosystem to meet the long term goals and to achieve the medium and short term objectives of the Organization.

3. This individual is expected to be proactive in engagement with the assigned Partner accounts on a regular, face-to-face basis to map key people from different departments.

4. The PAM is expected to establish a strong working relationship so that the resellers perceives A client of Impact as their most valuable partnership.

5. The PAM will be responsible for the development of the annual business plan, in conjunction with his/her manager, which clearly lays out the steps for success from their assigned patch.

6. The PAM is also responsible for planning and coordinating a) Partner Enablement Program and b) Partner Incentive Programs. New partner development is also a key responsibility of this role. Strict adherence to timelines and deadlines is expected always.

The individual is expected to be a team player and is expected to work with the sales, presales and specialist teams to maximize A client of Impact footprint in his partner organization. The individual should be capable of cutting through the system to reach the right resources for achieving his/her goals. This individual is expected to proactively and accurately forecast A client of Impact sales revenue on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis from his / her set of partners. This individual is expected to conduct regular partner reviews.

Candidate Profile:
- 6+ yrs of Direct Sales and Channel Management experience with organizations.
- Atleast 4 years experience in selling to large corporate accounts
- BE/MBA degree or equivalent.
- Strong conflict management capability
- Understanding of Security/ Data centre/Server and/or Storage solutions
- Knowledge of Tier II Partner community in
