Responsibilities
OB RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparation of annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management
- Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly)
- Planning & selecting products from global product line up
- Required to provide inputs to “Marketing Function” for channel schemes and channel promos. Planning & managing inventories under norms
- Ensure proper implementation of the schemes
- Direction setting for the distributors/ Star partners
- Scheme roll out and payout closure responsibility
- Understand consumer behavior and market trends in the Product category
- Determine Product Positioning along with Marcom team to hand it to Marcom to build campaigns around it
- Sales Analysis and Strategy – Determine Retail outreach and Sales Extraction (Yield per counter)
- Directly planning and allocating RTF for new products and EOL products
- Managing entire product life cycle
- Competition tracking and analysis by features and price, channel, segment, etc
- Briefing brand and trade marketing teams for marketing objectives and deliverables
- Coordinating with service team for pre-product & post-product launch
- Market share tracking and analysis
- Providing consumer & customer VOC
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- MBA Degree (Premier Institute)
- BE (Preferred)
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8-10 years of Channel Sales/Biz development experience
- Hardcore channel & distribution sales experience
- Knowledge of managing Product lifecycle
- Price Track: global movement of prices
- Experience in executing marketing strategies, running advertising campaigns and PR events
- Knowledge of media planning
- Excellent Relationship Management skills.
- High on self Motivation, positive attitude and work ethic desired
- Ability to work under pressure
